Health Philosophy

It is Dr. Petrov's philosophy that health begins from the inside. Diet, life style choices and daily stressors all must be taken into consideration when considering one's wellbeing. By educating and empowering her patients to make the best choices for themselves Sabrina helps people to thrive at their most optimal level.

Furthermore, she understands the intimate connection between the mind, body and spirit. When there is an imbalance in one area, inevitably there will be an imbalance in the others. Taking this into consideration, Sabrina assesses her patients by approaching all three perspectives to provide the most comprehensive care available. Using an integrative approach and drawing from her broad spectrum of knowledge and experience Sabrina may choose to use acupuncture, herbal remedies, exercise, mind-body techniques or dietary suggestions to facilitate healing and balance.
